Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Effective February 1, 2026
We're grateful to welcome you as a guest. Our goal is to be as flexible and guest-first as possible—while also being responsible as a small resort with limited inventory and a team we schedule carefully around each arrival.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Based on arrival date
- 90+ days before arrival: Cancel or reschedule with no penalty.
- 45–90 days before arrival: 50% of your stay total may be applied to a future visit within 12 months.
- Less than 45 days before arrival: No refunds or credits can be issued.
We understand that plans can change, and we'll always do everything we reasonably can to be accommodating. At the same time, as a small resort with limited inventory, late changes have an outsized impact on staffing and planning—so this policy helps us care for every guest well.
Whenever possible, if a late cancellation happens and we're able to rebook your dates, we'll do our best to apply additional credit.
How the 50% Credit Works for VIP Founding Members
For VIP Founding Members, the "50% credit" is applied in a simple, stay-based way:
- Midweek stays: equals 1 night applied toward a future booking.
- Weekend stays (3-night minimum): equals 2 of the 3 nights applied toward a future booking.
Transfers
Founding Member stays are fully transferable. You may gift or transfer your stay to another guest by providing us the new guest's name and contact information. All cancellation timelines above still apply to the reservation.
Price Protection
As previously communicated, there is no increase in cost when you move your dates. All date moves remain subject to availability.
Near-term Arrivals
Through April 1, 2026
Reservations with arrivals through April 1, 2026 are temporarily grandfathered in to allow time for changes and adjustments. If you'd like to adjust your dates and are arriving before April 1, 2026, please contact us by February 1, 2026. After that date, the updated policy applies to modifications made after that date.
Operational Notes
- Date changes are subject to availability.
- No-shows are treated as cancellations within 45 days.
- Early departures are treated as cancellations and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Credits (when applicable) apply to a future visit; any remaining balance after credit is applied is due at booking.
